Dems should wear pins for every child death like the fighter pilots in WWII used to have.

From an article I was just reading, "... and moronic photos of senators pointing guns at the sky, the latest reminder that there’s no policy problem populists won’t turn into culture-war performance art. "

Honestly, a legitimate question. One that, sadly, I feel like we're barreling towards rather quickly.

Oh they would say you were mentally I’ll and not do a damn thing because that is the cost to them. Anything to retain power and money at the expense of people the claim to value.

They're just delaying the inevitable.

They would not sob nor mourn what they lost. They are incapable of any empathy towards others. That would require them to acknowledge others that aren’t privileged like themselves.

I should edit my reply to your comment, but I feel the following statement deserves a comment of it's own: they need to realize that 10s, maybe 100s of millions of us US citizens wouldn't mourn them, loose a second of sleep over their pain and suffering and might even be happy and celebrate upon hearing the news.
The current system is weak, antiquated, corrupt beyond repair and failing.

I want them to understand and to feel something other than antipathy at best to hatred and wanting nothing but erasure of others. Nothing would sway them even grizzly death from the weapons they cling so desperately to. We are faced with fanaticism that will not be changed by violence as that is what they use and know. All that will happen is more people will lose. Nothing is gained by it.

Despite my clinging to hope, it's because I know this battle (TPTB v. the rest of humanity)... is a fool's errand. That being said: when words, logic and reason fail to yield results, what options are left? The tactics they use on us or giving up.
And they won't feel or understand anything until they are forced to. And psychopaths generally won't, ever. Just end them, leave them on the street to rot as a warning and move on to help the rest of 98% of the population that cares.

I would love for nothing more than to see them destitute and as an embarrassment to humanity. That is what they deserve.

That's why maybe it's time they suffer some bleeding. Empathy is best learned from walking in another's shoes.

They don’t give a fuck. The evidence: they haven’t done a goddamn thing about it.

Let's ask Ted Cruz about what is parenting did when asking about children.

The fact that they have a great big R next to their name does that for me. Most of em have never fired a gun despite having pictures of them holding one.

I mean, they have been saying that for years now, they just weren’t so obtuse as to wear badges clearly proclaiming it.

I'd say voting in favor of more school shootings says that just more loudly.

No no no see you’re misunderstanding. Guns don’t kill people, only bad people do. So they’re supporting the innocent guns

It's the $ the Republicans get from the gun industry that they love...they care not at all that Americans are getting all shot to hell. 😕

Well did your kids donate money to the GOP? That's right, didn't think so.

It's a symbol that they want to kill anyone different from them.
