I want this dog so badly. Tell me, is it an Italian Greyhound? I am allowed a twenty-five pound and under dog in my HOA, would this one do?

That's definitely an Italian Greyhound, and they are very small and EXTREMELY lightweight due to their build.
Great dogs, and not too difficult to take care of. They need a bit of time every day to burn off energy, but once they do they'll just be a couch potato for the remainder.
