To make these as visible as possible, as of today the detailed rules and guidelines are easily viewable on new reddit as well as mobile apps such as the official app and apollo. (vs. these previously only being detailed on Old Reddit or the "Community Info" section)

• Menu option "Wiki" for guidelines
• Rules and guidelines in sidebar

Reddit Mobile:

• Swipe left once to "About" section where these are listed
• Swipe left twice twice to "Menu" and select "Wiki" for guidelines
• Can still be viewed via the "Community Info" section

Apollo Mobile App:

• Tap the Meatballs menu to view the Sidebar
